Job Description

We are looking for sales associates with a strong interest in shoes, fashion, and trends. We offer you a varied, customer-focused, and challenging job. You will work in our store selling shoes, handling visual merchandising, and managing stock. We have a modern and pleasant store environment. The job requires you to enjoy working both in a team with your colleagues and independently. With a willingness to learn and develop, we can offer an exciting and content-rich job where no two days are the same.

Your primary task is to always keep the customer in focus. You will also actively work on upselling, stay updated on current sales campaigns and follow up on them, maintain the store environment, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

You have an ongoing or completed high school education. You have previous experience in retail sales with a high level of service, you are driven by and enjoy selling and working towards set key figures and goals. You always put the customer first and work in a service-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who is positive, perceptive, and stress-resistant. Being engaged, driven, and having a habit of taking own initiatives are other important qualities we seek. You take responsibility for your tasks and your role as a sales associate. You are social, open, and work both customer-oriented and sales-focused.

We are looking for someone who

• has cash register experience

• has previous experience working in a store

• has an ongoing or completed high school education

• is 18 years of age or older when starting the job

• has good teamwork skills

It is considered an advantage if you have

• visual merchandising skills from previous work

• previous experience working with fashion/retail

• completed sales training

Information about the position

Position: We are currently looking for a sales associate for DinSko in Visby.

Scope: Summer temporary position, approx. 8 hours per week. Possibility for weekend extra hours year-round.
